Our collection of apparel are hand picked by our owner and inspired by the fashion muses we see everyday. Our focus is bringing confidence to our customer with the apparel we offer. We believe style should be available to all, whatever the budget.
Shipping Detail, Return & Refund policies.
- Estimated shipping within the US => 2-5 business days
- International shipping varies: depending on location. estimated time 6-10 business days.
- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of a coupon code.
- Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
- Kaneari is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- In order to get store credit on your return, you must have a Kaneari account set up.
- Email Kaneari (shopkaneari@gmail.com) before your return deadline.
- In the email state why you’re returning the item, your order information, and also your kaneari account username.
- After your return is processed, your store credit will be sent to your kaneari account.
Store Credit will be sent by email, and can also be found in your account dashboard (by clicking on the message below “Store Credit”). Use the the coupon code in your cart to apply your store credit to your order.
